 On March 20, Tiamaes Technology issued an announcement on signing a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tencent and Tenpay. On March 19, 2018, the Company received the Framework Agreement of Strategic Cooperation on QR Code for Public Transport signed with Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tencent”) and Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tenpay”). The agreement concerns cooperation in the field of innovative industrial solutions and innovative business models based on the “QR code for public transport”. The three parties agree that all parties under this cooperation will be priority partners under the same conditions, and will carry out close trilateral cooperation to create a win-win and sustainable partnership. This cooperation will help all parties to improve the overall operational efficiency and reduce the operating costs, realizing regional market cooperation on a wider scale in the future, and create greater business value. The three parties will cooperate on a national scale.
